The Vascular Group is seeking a full time LPN for their busy and growing vascular surgery practice with offices in the Albany area. Responsibilities for this position include; taking vital signs, prepping patients for examination, wound care, suture/staple removal and assisting provider with office based medical procedures. Along with typical clinical responsibilities, the office LPN will also assist with in-office procedures, administrative duties such as helping to organize medical records and returning patient phone calls as needed.
This is a full time (40hrs/week), Mon-Fri position requiring some travel on a rotating schedule between our offices in Albany Medical Center and our offices on Washington Ave Extension, Corporate Woods, Troy, Hudson, and Amsterdam.
This position requires a current NYS LPN license with current CPR certification. 2 years of previous medical office experience is preferred. If you have a positive attitude, strong organizational skills and are a team player, this may be the position for you.
The Vascular Group is seeking qualified applicants to interview for a position in our Capital Region based medical offices. This position will be responsible for patient registration/check-out, answering phones, insurance verification, chart preparation and other office related duties as needed.
This is a full time position that will report primarily to our Albany Medical Center office in Albany NY as well as our single day offices in Corporate Woods, Hudson, Amsterdam and Troy, NY. Hours are from 8-430 with some variation based on clinic schedule.
Previous experience in a physicians’ practice (specifically with patient scheduling and check-in/check-out processes) and the ability to multi-task multiple priorities is strongly preferred.
Candidates should be focused on providing excellent customer service to our patients. The travel requirement above is not negotiable, but we will compensate for mileage.
